Dr Simon McCaffrey

Simon has been practicing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for over 45 years. He served as President of Right to Life NSW for 25 years and has spoken with hundreds of women over the years about the pressures women face when considering abortion. He's learnt that the decision to abort is often a heartfelt one that results from a conviction that no other options are available. Genuine pregnancy counselling involves listening with compassion, empathy and providing accurate information about the potential complications and adverse sequelae, as well as emotional and material support to assist in their decision making.
